Advocate Kartar Singh brings laurels to Doda , become one  of the youngest judicial officer at the age of just 25 years.

DODA: A young boy namely Kartar Singh who hails from a romote village of Doda district  appointed as Civil Judge /Judicial Magistrate First Class at the age of just 25 years.  Hailing from a mountainous ad hilly village Mangota Tehsil Marmat of Doda district ,born to a  middle class academicia  on 07th of May ,1995. His father ,Jagdish Raj is a primary school teacher .





Did his basic schooling from Government primary school Batungal where his father is teaching and he persuied his secondary education and senior secondary education  from Government High School Mangota and GHSS Goha ,Marmat . A man of principles , kindness ,simplicity and hardworker who always participated actively in extracurricular activities during secondary education.




After practising law for about three months  , was apppointed as Law Researcher in Jammu & Kashmir High Court in 2017 and gained wisdom while working with different  High court   judges now appointed as Judicial Officer.

While talking to Khalsa Express News , he said creditizes his sucess to his parents and particulary the mentor Nazir Ahmed Wani .
During conversation with KEN, he said that sucess have no  shorcuts  and  stated that schools of hilly terrains of Marmat lack basic infrastructure but students should work hard and leave no stone and this hardwork will finally leads in achieving  the goal. He wished and hoped to guide the students of the Marmat area in cracking the competitive exams.





It is pertinent to mention here that , the Marmat tehsil is a far flung area of Doda , having the carrying capacity of above 60,000 and due to less high school educational institutions most of the  students leave their education in mid way.







After the people of the said area , heared the news of appointment of kartar Singh , there was a full swing of excitement and happiness in every nook and corner of the area.
