June 7, 2020: All India Students Federation District council Doda calls for mass plantation drive across the District. 




Comrade Sulinder Parihar in his message requested people of Doda District in general and AISF cadre in particular to plant trees as much as they can. He further added that "In this pandemic we have realized that due to less human intervention with nature we have witnessed how nature is healing itself, the rivers are clean, the air is fresh, there is very low pollution in Environment. There is a dire need to plant more and more trees across the globe.

Many students and student activists followed the call and planted saplings in different places. Sunny Kumar of village Pangrain, tehsil Bhalla, Kamaljeet Singh of village Shangroo, pranoo, Ajay Katoch of Khellani, Manish Chandail of Shangroo, Raj Kumar and Sachin of Malwana, HR Rehman of Ramban District and Pawan kotwal of District Doda planted saplings in their respective areas.




Mukesh Parihar, National Council Member of AISF, presented his gratitude towards all those people for plantation drive and appealed all the people to plant as much as plants.

AISF observed World Environment day 2020        AISF observed World Environment day 2020. June,5 2020: All India Students Federation Jammu and Kashmir observed World Environment day 2020 at different places in Union Territory. Sulinder Parihar District President AISF Doda and Vinkal Parihar planted two saplings of  "Melia azedarach" commonly known as "Chinaberry" and locally as "Drake"  in Doda town.  Pankaj Sharma former Incharge State President AISF J&K planted 5 saplings of Medicinal plant "Withania somnifera" commonly known as Indian ginsing and locally known as Ashwagandha.
