Marmat farmers facing acute shortage of urea and DAP, Farmers appeals admin & concerned department to initiate proper and adequate supply of fertilizers in Teh.Marmat





MARMAT (DODA), JUNE 11 (SATURDAY): 


In this hour of crisis and pandemic situation , the farmers of Marmat Tehsil  particuarly are facing the acute shortage of commonly required fertilizers like Urea DAP. As traffic movement is barred  by  administration where these poor people would travel to borrow the fertilizers in this hour of crisis. Presently , it is  the prefect time to plant crops and applying the nutrient medium in crops but due to shortage of urea ,farmers of tehsil Marmat are forced to face sufferages.

During a conversation with VoM correspondent Naeem UL Haq Wani , the farmers of the said area said that   we are going through a perfect planting season.In this season  planting crops with application of nutrient medium is required is beneficial Farmers alleged ,that if urea ,DAP , insecticides  sprays not met on time , season will get passed and we will not be able to avail the benefits..Further adding  more ,they said selling  rate should be brought in public domain so that poor farmers can buy it on the time and there should be no extra charging .

During interaction , farmers told that they have about adequate amount of agroseeds this year but unfortunate to say that there's is no arrangement of fertilizers by the Agriculture department due to which they are wondering here and there .




Through the medium of VoM, the poor famers appeal to worthy Deputy Commsioner Doda ,Dr Sagar D Diafode   Chief Agricultural Officer to have to a kind look into matter so that poor famers not face shortage of fertilizers more in this hour of crisis.
