DODA ,JULY 16: Shabir Ahmed Parray  , a disabled person who hails from a hilly area of panchayat Batogra of Tehsil Kahara is facing  financial crisis .  He is disabled by his  both legs. He is acute paralysis and now he can't move even a inch. He is survived by five daughters and one son .He  is the alone breadwinner to feed his family. But due to this disableness  he can't  earn bread meal  and also  have  no other source of income.It is pertinent to mention here that nearly four to five lakh of rupees are nearly  required for his treatment but in this hour of corona crisis he have not too much amount of money for treatment. 







Due to poverty and illness of disability he has gone under mental stress . Though public of the said area has helped him  in this hourly need , but due to lack of money he feel stressed how to get treatment for his disableness. He has sought financial assistance from the NGO's and public of Doda on below mentioned account number 06090401000003377.

During conversation with correspondent , he  has  appealed to the LG. J&k  UT ,District Administration Doda for helping him in this crucial time so that he can avail treatment for his disableness .
